NSB Refund Policy

Cancellation windows, credit policies, and refund procedures for all NSB services. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Individual Evaluations

Individual player evaluations are available in three tiers: Data Report ($99), Video Package ($200), and Recruiting Kit ($500).

  • Full refund if cancelled 48 or more hours before the scheduled evaluation session.
  • No refund for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the evaluation.
  • Partial refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are at NSB's sole discretion, based on circumstances. Contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.

Note: Rescheduling is available with advance notice. If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, please reach out at least 24 hours before your session.

NSB Combines

NSB Performance Combines are multi-player events that require advance logistics planning.

  • Full refund available if cancelled 7 or more days before the combine event date.
  • Credit toward a future combine only if cancelled within 7 days of the event. Credits are valid for one year from the original event date.
  • No refund or credit for no-shows or day-of cancellations.

NSB GameDays

NSB GameDay evaluations are non-refundable once scheduled. NSB incurs equipment deployment and scout coordination costs as soon as a GameDay is confirmed.

  • No refunds once a GameDay is scheduled, regardless of timing.
  • Rescheduling available if requested at least 72 hours in advance of the event. Rescheduling is subject to scout availability.
  • No refund or reschedule for cancellations inside 72 hours or no-shows.

Hit-a-Thon Fundraisers

Hit-a-Thon fundraiser agreements require NSB to commit significant resources including scout travel, equipment, and coordination with participating teams and leagues.

  • Fundraiser event fees are non-refundable once the event agreement is signed by both parties.
  • NSB travel fees will be refunded in full only if NSB cancels the event. If the organizing team or league cancels, travel fees are non-refundable.
  • Date changes require at least 30 days' notice and are subject to NSB availability.

Verified Prospect Program (VPP)

The Verified Prospect Program is an ongoing managed recruiting service that requires NSB to invest immediately in onboarding, strategy development, and coach relationship building.

  • The retainer fee is non-refundable. It covers initial program setup, evaluation, and strategy development work that begins immediately upon acceptance.
  • Monthly service fees may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The final month of service will be charged in full; there are no pro-rated refunds for partial months.
  • After the 30-day notice period, no further monthly charges will be made.
  • VPP cancellation does not affect any data reports, video packages, or evaluations purchased separately.

Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing — email or the contact form on this site. Verbal cancellations are not accepted for VPP.

Skill Performance Index Add-On

The Skill Performance Index (SPI) is a $100 per-player add-on to standard evaluation packages.

  • Full refund if cancelled before the scout evaluation session begins.
  • No refund once the evaluation session has started, as SPI data collection begins at the outset of the session.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of the refund being confirmed by NSB. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at time of purchase.

Processing times after NSB issues the refund depend on your bank or card issuer and may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Please include your name, contact email, service purchased, scheduled date, and reason for cancellation. NSB will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm or request additional information.
