Individual Evaluations
Individual player evaluations are available in three tiers. Each tier includes progressively more content and a longer production window for post-session work.

Includes multi-angle video clips (batting practice, fielding, or pitching depending on position) plus an edited highlight reel. Additional time is required for video editing and production.

Recruiting Kit

Includes everything in the Video Package plus a comprehensive scout report written by an NSB scout with recruiting analysis and grade commentary. Coach outreach on behalf of the athlete begins within 5 business days of report completion — not from the evaluation date.

NSB Combine Results
Following each NSB Performance Combine, athletes receive a digital athlete profile containing all combine data collected during the event.
- Digital athlete profile delivered within 5–7 business days after the combine event date.
- Profiles include all measured data points collected at the combine (exit velocity, sprint times, positional grades, etc.).
- Profiles are delivered digitally and added to the athlete's NSB Dashboard record.
NSB GameDay Evaluations
NSB GameDay events produce real-game performance data and scout observation notes collected during live game action.
- Data report and scout notes delivered within 3–5 business days after the GameDay event.
- Deliverables include measurable data (velocity readings, timing, exit velocity where captured) and qualitative scout notes from the session.
- Video is not included in standard GameDay packages unless otherwise specified.
Verified Prospect Program (VPP)
VPP is an ongoing managed service, not a one-time deliverable. The timeline below reflects the structure of active engagement:
- Initial recruiting strategy call: Scheduled within 7 business days of program enrollment and acceptance.
- Coach outreach: Active and ongoing — NSB scouts contact targeted coaches on an ongoing basis throughout the program. Outreach frequency and volume vary by athlete profile and recruiting window.
- Progress updates: NSB communicates recruiting activity and outreach status on an ongoing basis. Frequency of updates is discussed during the initial strategy call.
- Data and video portfolio: Completed as part of onboarding, with timelines consistent with the Recruiting Kit ($500) tier.
VPP is not a one-time delivery. It is a continuous managed service — NSB is actively working on your behalf throughout the program duration. Results (coach interest, offers, placement) depend on many factors outside NSB's control. See the NSB Disclaimer for full details.
Hit-a-Thon Fundraisers
Hit-a-Thon events produce both fundraising outcome data and individual athlete combine data collected during the event.
- Fundraising results (total raised, per-player breakdown) delivered within 10 business days after the event.
- Athlete combine data (exit velocity, other measurements) delivered within the same 10-business-day window.
- All results are delivered digitally to the organizing team or league contact.
How Deliverables Are Sent
All NSB deliverables are sent digitally through the following channels:
- Email: Reports, data files, video links, and scout reports are sent to the contact email provided at time of booking.
- NSB Athlete Dashboard: All deliverables are also added to the athlete's profile in the NSB Athlete Dashboard, providing a permanent record accessible online.
- Video: Video content is delivered as download links or streaming links. Links are valid for a minimum of 12 months.
NSB does not mail physical documents. All deliverables are digital.
Delays
NSB is committed to delivering all products within the stated timelines. In the event that any deliverable will be delayed beyond its stated window, NSB will:
- Notify the client by email within 48 hours of identifying the delay.
- Provide a revised expected delivery date.
- Explain the reason for the delay where applicable.
Delays may occur due to high event volume, weather cancellations requiring rescheduling, technical issues, or other circumstances. NSB makes every effort to minimize delays and meet stated timelines.
